Local Demonstration of Mr. Montoya

Jan.26,2010 I conduct an observation in Deses Elem. School which is Mr. Montoya conducting local demonstration and base on my observation the topic that he disscussed are just repeatedly.Maybe for the student to learn and understand the lesson clearly.Also i noticed that his illustration failed to arranged and checked his divices before he present it to the class he also have low voice which makes the students cannot hear at the back.
